As we reported earlier, 7 News reporter Michelle Relerford is heading to Chicago. However, the identity of her new station has been a mystery until now. Effective September 6th, Relerford will begin reporting at the NBC O&O WMAQ in Chicago. Previously, Relerford had been freelancing at crosstown-rival WFLD, sister station to Fox25.

Regis and kelly are moving to channel 5. So the 9-10am slot is open so the whdh news will now fill that spot.

Unbelieveable.. They already have about 7 hours of news a day if you count channel 56 @ 10:00PM. Another hour of car chases and stories around someone’s pet stuck in the tree among other useless sensationlism.
Hi I am David from New Bedford MA I do not like WHDH 7 News and I think they should have gone with brodcasting the third hour of the TODAY Show LIVE I watch WCVB 5 for news they are the best and I do not know why FOX 25 goes all the way to 10 AM Monday-Friday that seems top long for a news station starting at $:30 and going to 10 AM I will not watch 7 News at 9 AM I will not watch 7 at all horrible news
