
WBZ morning meteorologist Melissa Mack has left the station. After a three-year stint with the network-owned duopoly, Mack abruptly signed off on Friday morning.
Mack remarked on her time on the morning shift, saying, “It’s been great. But the butt crack of dawn just hasn’t worked for me. Just saying it.” She did, however, remain mum on her next move.
Prior to joining WBZ in 2010, Mack worked at Cleveland Fox-affil WJW.
WBZ and TV38 general manager Ed Piette is retiring on Friday after six years with the network-owned duopoly. The man responsible for
